Turkey Brine

Ingredients:

6Gal- Water
1400g- Kosher salt
700g- sugar
2Bu Thyme
2C- Garlic, rough chopped
1C- Black pepper, whole

Preparation:

Process:
Melt all sugar and salt in 3 gallons of hot water from the tap. Add ice and water to fill to 6 gallons and cool completely. Pour over meat and make sure all meat is completely covered.
