Capon’s BBQ Chicken


Whole chicken butchered to 8 pieces
1 jar BBQ sauce


1. Season chicken with EVOO, salt & pepper
2. Grill chicken over medium heat until the skin is nice and crispy and almost fully cooked (about 75%)
3. Put chicken into a mixing bowl and cover with BBQ sauce
4. Put the chicken back on the grill for a few minutes on each side to let the BBQ sauce caramelize
