Garlic Bread Crumbs


8 oz panko
1/2 cup EVOO
4-5 cloves smashed garlic
Salt & pepper


1. Smash the garlic. Put it in with the EVOO in the pan cold, bring it up, toast the garlic
2. Add the panko, evenly coat with the oil and keep it moving on medium heat until golden brown. Might need to add a bit more oil
3. Season with S&P and remove from heat. Let cool, store in an airtight container. Sprinkle on pasta, salads, soups
