Balsamic and EVOO
Italian bread Pesto
Parmesan crusted chicken breast
1.Preheat oven to 350. Cut Italian bread in half lengthwise. Season with EVOO, salt & pepper & place in oven until lightly toasted
2. Combine arugula, red onion, roasted peppers in a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar, EVOO, salt and pepper
3. Remove bread from the oven. Schmear one side with pesto, chicken breast, salad and crispy prosciutto
4. Schmear other side with burrata and balsamic vinegar
5. Close it up, serve and enjoy!
